VITA (VMEbus International Trade Association) and PICMG (PCI Industrial Computer Manufacturers Group) co-sponsored a 2-day business and technology conference on January 11 & 12, 1999 at the Wyndham San Jose Hotel. The event drew nearly 200 top executives, company participants and news editors. By all estimates, the event was a tremendous success and plans have already begun for an 'encore' conference in the year 2000! Many of you were unable to attend and we wanted you to share in the wealth of information and insight presented over those 2 days.
